Not satisfied with your order?
We would love to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will verify the photo and in most cases we can resolve your issue without a refund. We will ensure that your money is refunded to your account within five business days of receiving your return or confirming the photo with our customer service team.
Important: Beauty products, underwear, and items purchased during sales cannot be returned.
Returns by mail
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or to request a refund if it has been returned to a parcel center near you.

Please contact us first by email for the return address, as we have different distribution centers. We need to determine which center your package is coming from based on the reason for return.

ATTACH THE DELIVERY RECEIPT
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return. Therefore, always make sure to request a tracking code from the carrier (DHL, Australia Post, etc.).
Once you have sent the package, please send us an email at info@ with the proof of shipment and tracking code. Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or to exchange the product for a different size or color.
Please note: Our headquarters are based in China. Therefore, please note that you must send your package to our supplier (located in Asia) when returning the product.

SEND
Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and return your parcel. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible, or a refund will be arranged.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can refund your money without reservation. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us once they have arrived at your address.
Shipping costs
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The time it takes for your replacement product to reach you depends largely on your location.
We always recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or insurance for delivery!
